With over 40 years of experience in the strategic planning, master planning, programming, project management, medical planning and execution of healthcare projects in the US, Middle East, Europe and Asia, our founder, David H. Derr, AIA, will help you focus on your key project goals.  This experience has provided a varied view of healthcare issues in many markets leading to knowledge of what works best.

Our motto is simple; if you don't ask the right question, you cannot identify the right answer.  Too often clients focus on an issue that seems important or respond to requests that come from the loudest voice.  We are focused on sorting through the competing demands to help our clients find the right question to answer.

We utilize Lean Project tools, conduct immersive charrettes and get your team fully involved. We work with medical planners, architects and builders to find the right solutions.
